Qatari PM, Canadian FM Discuss Regional Developments in New York

Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani met with Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand on the sidelines of the 80th United Nations General Assembly in New York.
The two sides discussed strengthening bilateral cooperation and addressed regional developments, with particular focus on the situation in Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territories. Sheikh Mohammed stressed the importance of intensified international and regional efforts to ease tensions through dialogue and peaceful solutions.
